New Property Guidelines

• • To get a meter to your property line
  • Apply for membership
  • Wait for Membership Approval
  • Membership Approved
  • Pay Application fee and deposit
  • Pay connection fee
  • Wait for quotes (we will attempt to get two quotes)
  • Sign a contract agreeing to pay for installation
  • Pay connection fee
  • Wait for installation
  • ***To install water to your residence from the meter you will need to install a shut off valve (we recommend within a few feet of the meter) and any additional lines from the meter to your residence at your expense. The shut off valve is mandatory and the board will need to confirm its existence before the water is turned on.***
